release the Kraken

Ever have one of those days where you feel like Han Solo at the end of Return of the Jedi trying to hotwire the door to the Imperial bunker? “I think I got it.” is a common refrain of mine. Normally things work out, but once in a while that second door slams shut on me.

I’ve been in a writing funk for a few months, not because of Covid or quarantine or anything like that, I just felt like I lost my mojo. Most of this stems from taking control of my books and building a brand. If I had any idea just how difficult it was starting and running a publishing company I would have tried to find an agent much harder! But I didn’t and like any good soldier I pushed through the trauma. A few months have passed, I’m approaching 1000 paperback sales and the worm has turned for me.

The time has finally come for me to finish with book 5 of the Forgotten Gods Tales: Under Tattered Banners, and launch an all out assault on my next few titles. I’m ready to renew my campaign for world domination and it starts today. For those of you who have yet to jump aboard this train, get your tickets now. We ain’t stopping and we ain’t slowing. My friends, it is time to release the Kraken!

For those who have read any of my books I humbly ask you to head to Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Goodreads and leave an honest review. I can’t do this without you and every single one helps. Gracias!
